There is petition before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) that has been fast tracked for review June 15, 2020 that would end state’s rights to create solar net metering policies and regulations.
It would end solar as we know it and tie solar policy up in litigation for years.  This is vulture capitalism at its worst, preying on climate justice solutions during a pandemic. Vote Solar and Solar United Neighbors just launched a page where people can learn more and send letters to their governors and FERC.
